Green Lantern: Secret Origin by Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis
The new Green Lantern movie opens Friday, so we figured we’d follow DC Comics’ lead and try to cash in by selling this re-release of Green Lantern: Secret Origin featuring an eyeful of Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan on the new cover. Isn’t he just dreeeeammmy????
Seriously, this will fill you in on DC’s latest “official” version of how Hal Jordan became Green Lantern, and would probably have spoiled the film’s first act if the theatrical trailers hadn’t done so already.
For the record, GL is my favorite superhero, followed by Plastic Man (I shit you not—Plastic Man).
