Welcome everyone. I’m Christopher DeFilippis, and this is DeFlip Side.

This month marks DeFlip Side’s 16th anniversary as part of Destinies: The Voice of Science Fiction. And if you’ve been following me this long, I hope you’ll continue as I take my microphone and embark on a new audio adventure.

Tonight I’m proud to announce my new show — The Castle Rock TV Podcast.

It’s a podcast all about Hulu TV’s upcoming horror series Castle Rock, based on the works of Stephen King. And I’m also super psyched to present to you — for the first time anywhere — a sneak peek of the show. Here are Skip and I discussing what it was like to be rereading It after so many years…

And there’s plenty of that to come. After we’re done putting Pennywise through his paces, we’ll be driving our stake into ’Salem’s Lot — and then crawling further into the dark corners of Stephen King’s wonderfully twisted mind.

So I hope you’ll join us for a cavalcade of murderous clowns, psychotic hotel caretakers and number one fans. The website again is
