11.22.63: An Event Podcast

Stephen King fans, history buffs and time travel geeks, join me for a trip through the Rabbit Hole!

Listen to 11.22.63: An Event Podcast — all about the upcoming Hulu TV series 11.22.63, starring James Franco and Chris Cooper, produced by J.J. Abrams, and based on Stephen King’s bestselling novel 11/22/63.

It’s 2011, and Maine high school teacher Jake Epping embarks on a bizarre quest. His friend Al, owner of the local diner, has enlisted Jake to travel to the past and prevent the Kennedy assassination. How? By stepping through a time portal in the diner’s storeroom, dubbed the Rabbit Hole. But Jake’s mission is threatened by Lee Harvey Oswald, falling in love, and the past itself, which doesn’t want to be changed.

My co-host Skipper Martin and I love this novel, and hope you’ll join us as we explore it in detail and speculate on the series. Then, starting mid-February, following the Hulu series’ Presidents Day premiere, we’ll dive deep into each episode, giving our thoughts, observations and opinions on the adaptation. We’ll also take you behind the scenes, with interviews of cast members and the production staff.
